Our Cuisine
We select only top-quality ingredients, with a short supply chain; we hunt for the best products available locally and put them on a menu that changes every day. We visit our suppliers personally and prefer smaller-sized businesses that use chemical-free processes, with a view to returning to a more leisurely pace and genuine products.
Our pasta is homemade, our burgers fresh from the local butcher, and our bread is leavened naturally.
Our cuisine is also a flavoursome voyage of discovery. Our aim is to transport you to faraway places with the Tibetan dishes and ethnic-inspired recipes.
